to gain unfair advantages. However, there is a growing need
to acknowledge the potential for academic dishonesty among
lecturers during the examination marking process. This research
paper aims to shed light on the hidden side of academic dishonesty by exploring the factors that contribute to the potential misconduct of lecturers during examination marking.
